The Financial Analyst will work directly with senior management and company leadership on all aspects of project and property asset management and financial evaluation for mixed use, multi-family, and commercial projects.  Ideal candidates should have experience with project underwriting, market research, due diligence, budget and proforma analysis, strategic plan modeling, monitoring and evaluating project debt and equity, project valuation modeling, and synthesizing data as needed from asset management, accounting, and property management.    This position requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of problem-solving ability, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
