As part of our Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise, we have an established TA Operations team who provide best-in-class advice, creative technology & training support for our teams. TA Operations underpin everything we do - driving operational efficiencies as well as leading strategic projects aimed at optimizing and improving our candidates' and employees recruiting experience.
Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to provide leadership for the next stage of our exciting transformation journey.
The Opportunity
- Provide TA Leadership, strategy development, innovation and program delivery & implementation
- Day to day management of a multi-region TA Operations team
- Oversee TA technology (Avature ATS & CRM) implementation and optimization plans
- Drive operational excellence through the continuous improvement of processes delivering efficiency gains and consistency at scale
- Deliver value informing TA strategy and decision making with data analytics and intelligence
- Evolve the TA Operations and TA Reporting & Analytics operating model
- Ensure process, compliance and operational governance
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition & People Leaders in achieving our Global Talent Acquisition roadmap
Your Background
- Demonstrated ability to understand different stakeholder perspectives and views, build productive working relationships
- Advanced knowledge and experience as an Avature product owner and familiarization with other TA technologies
- Demonstrated ability in project, program & change management delivery across multiple global regions in large, complex operating environments
- Proven experience in people leadership with teams in multiple locations and time zones.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvements, especially focused on Talent Acquisition processes
- 8+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with end-to-end knowledge of talent acquisition processes
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent of 10 years working experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in TA Reporting & Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, Visio, and PowerBI.
