Job Description
Bank of America is seeking an Analyst or Associate for the Real Estate Structured Finance Group. Daily activities include financial modeling of commercial real estate properties, market research, credit evaluation of financing opportunities and co-managing transaction closings with senior underwriters and originators.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis of commercial real estate properties and the markets they are located
- Credit underwriting for CMBS and balance sheet facilities
- Assist in preparing transaction presentations for senior management
- Help facilitate and manage loan closings
- Origination pipeline administration
