POSITION OVERVIEW:
Legacy Capital Partners is seeking an entrepreneurial individual that has a passion for commercial real estate to join our acquisition team. The Acquisition Analysts’ primary roles will include underwriting of new investment opportunities, gathering data, completing due-diligence, and working to develop business plans alongside the senior team. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right individual to join a growing commercial real estate investment company.
ROLES & DUTIES:
- Oversee investment underwriting process including financial modeling, validating market assumptions, and market research.
- Create investment committee memos and offering books on Legacy’s acquisitions.
- Assist in due diligence of potential new acquisitions including site visits, market research, and lease analysis.
- Create, format, and update lender packages for deal financing efforts
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and other support to the Acquisition team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-3 yrs of professional experience
- Exceptional financial knowledge-base
- Analytical and investigative personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to advance numerous projects in parallel and provide concise communication to others
- Detail-oriented
- Investigative and resourceful
- Proficient with MS Suite with particular excellent with MS Excel
- Financial Modeling experience preferred
- Argus experience preferred

PAY:
Salary of $55,000 to $95,000 based on experience – with opportunities to earn long term profit
sharing in future years.
