VP - Land Acquisition

We are looking for a leader for our Land Acquisition and Development teams. The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in the land acquisition and development business.  They will have a degree, P.E., in Civil engineering or equal and have the appropriate accompanying certifications, with a stamp preferred.  The right candidate will have experience in working directly with municipalities and other government departments in completing developmental requirements for the different active projects.  The right candidate will have much verifiable experience in working, developing and resolving entitlements.  They will be comfortable working with multiple locations, with different groups of people, working with a staff at different locations and will be able to foster a team environment, to produce excellent work quickly and efficiently.  This position will require 30% travel concentrated in a few days per month and the ability to perform effectively in multiple settings and provide fluid leadership to multiple staff simultaneously through the development process, start to finish.  Must be a proven finisher and strong team player.  Our office is in north Atlanta.   Salary,  commensurate with experience, a vehicle allowance, a phone allowance, health insurance with dental and vision.
