Responsibilities:

•Underwrite commercial loans assigned to you in accordance with industry standards and practices while always observing and following regulatory compliance considerations and minding the confidentiality of the information provided to you in your course of work.

•Collect required information and documentation pertaining to the borrower and the collateralizing asset for the purpose of advancing the loan process.

•Prepare and present OMs for the loans or prospective loans assigned to you.

•Serve as the liaison between the borrower, the lender; the loan producer; escrow, title, the appraiser, and any other parties involved in the closing of the loans assigned to you.

•Assist clients the Liv Lux way by providing excellent service and expertly finding solutions.

•Assist with the development and growth of the underwriting department, including creating and recommending systems of operations and policies and procedures.

•Assist with business development through coordinated borrower outreach and marketing via the appropriate channels.

•Work on other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

•Must have DRE license.

•At lease three years experience in commericial lending

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

•Knowledge of various commercial loan products.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

•Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

•Able to work independently, proactively, and innovatively while exercising sound judgment

•Positive outlook.

•Strong team player.
