Responsibilities

• Work on projects involving various disciplines including asset management, acquisitions, finance, dispositions, and development
• Manage and update Excel and ARGUS models for real estate assets and conduct a variety of financial analysis
• Become part of a multifunctional team with direct exposure to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of previous experience in real estate, finance, or workplace analytics
• Experience with workplace or data analytics desired
• Passion for real estate, strong ownership mentality and ability to quickly grasp complex topics
• Extensive experience in financial modeling with ARGUS and Excel
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation, creativity
• Willingness to learn, grow and take on responsibility
• Ability to multitask and cope with competing priorities
• Local market knowledge preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of Real Estate finance
• Ability to perform a variety of duties and responsibilities with a high standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines
