Job Description
The Consultant, on behalf of the Owner, will perform Punch Walks of newly-built residential townhomes along with the third-party general contractor and the property manager. All townhomes are located in a single community in Wesley Chapel (Pasco County), Florida.
Consultant will prepare reports for Owner to advise on construction deficiencies, typically of a cosmetic rather than a structural nature as townhomes will have already received Certificates of Occupancy.
Work will commence in January 2023 and likely last through December 2023.
Monthly hours required will be approximately 60 - 80.
Experience in a residential Production Building environment is required.
