 2022 Bravo Bridge Fund Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

Bravo Bridge Fund ("Bravo" or the "Fund") is currently seeking a Portfolio Analyst to add to the Credit team, working in New York City.  The role is intended to support portfolio management for the Fund.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Become fully versed in and apply a thorough knowledge of Bravo’s balance sheet lending programs, credit requirements, management policies and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Complete loan underwriting and analyses
• Review and analyze monthly property financials, property cash flow statements and future cash requirements and variances for review with senior management
• Review and analyze property rent rolls and historical operating statements
• Researching, tracking and analyzing pertinent market data
• Track, monitor and administer loan covenant compliance
• Proactively manage the loan and servicing portfolio; identify and address problems to adjust risk rating changes, as appropriate
• Manage and oversee due diligence process, third party reports, and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate, which can include investment banking, asset management and/or alternative investments
• Investment and leveraged finance experience preferred

• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment with multiple tasks
• Mastery level of Excel and PowerPoint
