Senior Associate - Acquisitions and Investments

Job Description

An established, well-capitalized family investment office with a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate assets and private equity investments located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a dynamic, engaging, self-starter to join its team as a Senior Acquisitions and Investment Associate.

The candidate will lead underwriting of potential acquisitions and dispositions, prepare investment memoranda, evaluate due diligence, provide transaction support throughout due diligence and closing, support asset management functions, and handle sponsor/investor communications.

Working closely with the leadership team, the candidate’s analyses will be heavily relied upon by the Company for investment decisions.  The candidate will be exposed to a variety of commercial real estate asset classes including multifamily, senior housing, self-storage, hospitality, office and mixed-use.

This opportunity is ideal for a creative and accurate thinker with at least 3 years experience with acquisitions looking for an opportunity to lead, learn and grow in the investment arena in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
