Redcar is seeking an Associate to support its Investments Team. The position, which will focus on acquisitions, asset management, and development, offers an opportunity to work across all functions of a vertically integrated real estate private equity company and has a direct impact on shaping the creative spaces that are redefining Los Angeles and Austin. The qualified candidate will join an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing team of investment professionals. The position will be based at the Company’s headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.

Responsibilities will include working within and leading deal teams to manage all phases of Redcar’s investment life cycle, including acquisition, development analysis, leasing, and disposition. The candidate should possess the ability to execute acquisitions and financings, work with analysts in the preparation of financial models and memorandums, and lead decision making processes through the development and leasing of assets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a finance-based real estate role
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally
- Strong work ethic and drive to work on a team and individually
