About the role

This Sales Manager will drive the client relationship and business development activities, including Client facing Meetings for cultivation across the region.

What you'll do

  • Leads and owns overall financial modeling of multi-million dollar pursuits, including org modeling, labor estimates, overhead, operating expense budgeting, fee analysis, benchmarking, and other financial analytics.
  • Interacts with clients through participation in introductory meetings pitches and contract agreements.
  • Responsible for and has full ownership and leadership of price modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor costs for mid to large-scale real estate outsourcing pursuits.
  • Coordinates the creation of a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts (most commonly written proposals, Request for proposals responses, and graphical presentations)


What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred.
  • Proven track record working with a Commercial Real Estate Services based Solution. Experience in developing CRE outsourcing solutions, pricing, and org development models.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Development Manager position is $113,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Business Development Manager position is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
