About the role

This role will manage and support CMMS (MCIM) implementation and deliver BI analytics for the GDC service line. Collaborate with client, Fulcrum, CBRE teams to complete roll out of current scope and modules for MCIM and develop site level resource for ongoing administration. The role will drive strategy for continued operational improvement applying MCIM and other BI analytics relating to CEWA, Impact incidents, human factors, capital planning, aged asset replacement and ESG.

What you'll do

The responsibilities of the role also include collaboration with client, CBRE DCS and CBRE account teams to facilitate integration of client system needs and process streamlining with CBRE Corp requirements. Other responsibilities include improving performance management and audit delivery, drive leadership initiatives, support US/International critical environment consistency.

The ideal candidate will possess understanding and direct experience in: data center engineering (MEPF infrastructure), operational software administration (Important Information Management - MCIM), and business analytics (Power BI).

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Operational administration, such as creating Project Management schedules, asset record updates.
  • System administrator functions, including configurations.
  • Exporting and manipulating data.
  • Learning new software with high degrees of independence and self-direction (demonstrating instructional guides and videos, as well a use of sandbox environment)
  • Experience using Salesforce, Power BI and MCIM.
  • Experience and certification in quality and process methodology, such as Six Sigma
  • Certification in reliability engineering such as Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) or ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer a plus.
  • Ability to develop operationally function-able analyses with limited guidance and think critically.
  • Intermediate capability in Power BI (e.g., creation of data schemas, mid-level DAX calculations)
