About the role

In this role you will assist in handling and supervising the performance of a national equity multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in property operations, construction, and financial performance with an emphasis on multifamily assets. You will collaborate with our operating partners, internal team, borrowers, sponsors, clients, contractors, attorneys, title companies, architects, brokers, appraisers, and other deal-related parties.

What you'll do

• Provide direct support to the Asset Managers for Private Equity portfolio
• Prepare well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and proforma projections for each investment to enhance long term value
• Complete performance reports to investors on a quarterly basis and present results directly to the client
• Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance
• Loan compliance and hedging risk based on property's performance
• Provide mentorship to analysts and interns
• Site Visits/ Travel - 20%
• Special projects as needed

What you'll need

• Skilled at calculating sophisticated financial figures and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Advanced skill in Excel strongly preferred.
• Effective presenter with superb client service skills.
• Knowledge of private equity multifamily asset management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of proven experience. High School diploma required with 5 years of related work experience.
