Lead all aspects of medical real estate asset management, including property management, leasing, DD coordination, working with acquisitions and underwriting and closing properties for a growing, high-quality, national medical real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
Overall asset management, property management, leasing and DD/closing. Coordinating with acquisition managers in sourcing, underwriting and closing stages. Formulating property plans, including property management functions, capital investments and tenant improvements. Managing the leasing of the existing portfolio and new properties to medical/clinical tenants.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of directly applicable and increasingly responsible experience in medical property asset management, preferably with a national or regional REIT, operator or private equity firm. Undergraduate degree is required with an advanced degree a positive, plus industry certifications a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
