The Role: 

RSN Property Group seeks an exceptional sales professional in the role of Chief Revenue Officer. A true superstar in the field, to drive our capital-raising function and effectively sell real estate investment products.

The Company:

RSN Property Group is a boutique real estate private equity firm with a focus on value-add multifamily opportunities across the United States. Our mission is to provide working-class Americans with modern, safe, and affordable housing in large apartment complexes that we renovate and improve for years to come. We raise capital for our projects ($20-50MM) primarily from retail investors, and we are seeking a sales superstar to take our capital-raising efforts to the next level.

Responsibilities:

As our sales expert, you will:

  • Sell investments in our real estate projects to accredited retail investors, HNWIs, and institutional funding sources.

  • Leverage our strong online and marketing presence, capitalizing on hundreds of untouched "legacy" leads and a steady stream of new leads each week.

  • Manage all leads through our custom-built HubSpot system and sales pipeline.

  • Work closely with our leadership team, contributing to sales strategy development and execution.

Requirements:

The perfect candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a track record of success.

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA, and/or CFA desirable.

  • Experience selling investment products (preferred but not required).

  • A strong understanding of finance, investments, and the economy.

  • Experience working remotely and with start-ups or small organizations.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot or a willingness to become a power user.

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Additional Details:

This full-time position can be performed remotely, with limited travel exceptions for twice-yearly corporate retreats and occasional face-to-face investor meetings. We offer a competitive base salary range of $70,000 with an OTE of $150,000+. The start date is flexible for the right candidate.
