Rosewood Realty Group is offering an internship opportunity to recent graduates.

This role will provide an entry-level applicant with exposure to the commercial real estate landscape in New York City.

Rosewood Realty Group is one of the most active commercial brokerage firms in New York City. Rosewood’s areas of expertise are multi-family, office and retail buildings with activity focused in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.

The internship will enable an individual to get a foot in the door and network their way to a full time position.

The main responsibilities would include:

    Maintaining existing contact database and manage said database

    Assisting with various day-to-day client and prospect requests

    Shadow assigned broker on showings, canvassing or touring buildings

    Research/prospecting for leads.

    Perform an array of ad-hoc work related to the sale of buildings.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – Word , Excel , Outlook.

The applicant is expected to possess the following attributes and qualifications:

A strong desire to break into the commercial real estate industry.

A strong attention to detail

Quantitative skills

A confident telephone manner.

It is expected that the applicant will also possess basic excel skills.
