Job Description

Richman Asset Management, Inc. a division of the Richman Group of Companies is currently seeking a Fund Analyst in our Greenwich, CT office. The position may be hybrid.

Summary:  The Fund Analyst will work as part of the Quantitative Group/Asset Management team to achieve the departmental goals by monitoring the performance of property investments within parameters of corporate Fund investments and benchmarks. They will report directly to the Executive Vice President who oversees the Group.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Perform financial analysis within syndication models and property level acquisitions
• Monitor the performance of property investments and address discrepancies in conjunction with the preparation of quarterly reports to corporate investors
• Review and analyze Federal and State lower tier partnership and Fund investment partnership tax returns, internal reports and operating proformas
• Interact with asset management, accounting and acquisitions departments
• Interact with Investor reporting contacts internal and external
• Assist senior management with special time sensitive projects
 
Skill Requirements:
Working knowledge of spreadsheets, cash flow and NPV/IRR analyses and understanding of real estate operating and balance sheet proformas; proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel); able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; must be detail oriented, self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines in time sensitive situations while maintaining a professional demeanor; and flexible to work extra hours as needed during busy season.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree from accredited university, with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (3.0+ GPA).

Experience: Minimum of 3 -4 years of partnership tax or real estate analytical experience required.

Salary Range: between $90K and $140K based on experience.
