About the role
Manages the team's day-to-day communications strategy, change management initiatives, creative editorial, and other communications services.
The position may coordinate activities of support staff. Oversees other specific change management initiatives as needed.

- Develop and implement change management strategies that improve service delivery and streamline processes

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline from 4-year college or university, and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and/or training. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to write email communications and newsletters using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to internal and external audiences.
Prepared to create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of business strategy and transitions. Can create organizational systems that encourage employees to quickly adopt new technologies and ways of performing various operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to edit company's written materials for accuracy and design adherence. Able to lead meetings to assist team members through the content creation process.
Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically. Good organizational, project and time management skills.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. Experience using digital communications and graphics tools, such as Adobe Express or Canva are a plus, but not required.
Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Errors in judgment may cause mid-term impact to coworkers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Communications & Change Management Lead position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Communications & Change Management Lead position is $120,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
