Responsibilities
- Maintaining properties by ensuring strong and positive tenant relationships.
- Addressing maintenance issues timely and maintaining appropriate service contracts.
- Managing the occupancy of properties by corresponding with tenants, following up on past due balances, initiating legal proceedings for delinquent tenants, preparing lease paperwork, and maintaining tenant and vendor insurance certificates.
- Producing and administering property budgets and financials.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of proven experience successfully managing high-quality office properties.
- Bachelor's Degree or work equivalent experience.
- Experience in tenant relations, property operations, financial reporting, budgeting, year-end reconciliation, contract administration, and leasing.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Very detail-oriented with the ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Polished professional with exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- RPA or CPM designation is a plus.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Kardin experience is a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Must be available evenings and weekends as circumstances warrant.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
