As a CBRE An Asset Manager for our hotels group, you will achieve strategic goals and deliverables for expansive and high-profile clients. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

About the role
As a CBRE An Asset Manager for our hotels group, you will achieve strategic goals and deliverables for expansive and high-profile clients. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
What you'll do:
- Actively manage a hospitality portfolio on behalf of the owner-operator.
- Gain an understanding of the client's business. Ensure that property and location strategies align with the business's strategic direction.
- Establish performance objectives related to the goals for clients.
- Coordinate with the line of business platform. This includes the subject area, geographic resources, and experts able to aid clients' needs.
- Achieve financial, operational, and other measures as defined, and establish Key Performance Indicators for clients.
- Interview business unit and other client leaders to identify future business direction. Note growth, labor, and market changes that could impact real estate requirements. Provide insights for strategic and optimization-focused initiatives.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in your job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other jobs within the organization function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
- Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-4 years proven experience.
- A growth mindset to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions that have an impact on the business.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
