We are looking for a property manager to join our team for a multifamily property in Birmingham, AL. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property that generates millions of dollars in revenue annually. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring the seamless execution of property management strategies and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position requires a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize property management operations. ● Oversee and coordinate all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance and rehabs, and financial performance.
● Lead, mentor, and motivate your team.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
● Analyze market trends, conduct regular property inspections, and identify opportunities to enhance property performance.
● Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to achieve company objectives.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree
● Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
● Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations. ● Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts.
