This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator professional to join a growing Marketing team supporting the San Diego and Hawaii markets.
This role must have advanced experience in the full Adobe Creative Suite program.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This position will independently design custom property marketing pieces and work with our brokers to create dynamic marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do:
Work directly with brokers and their team to lead the creation of collateral to market our commercial real estate listings: including brochures, eblasts, websites, signage, and more.
Independently run all design creation and edits in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator as well as work with outsourced graphics support (maps, site plans, stack plans) for certain deliverables. Ideal candidate would also have some familiarity with HTML coding for email blast campaigns.
Review all collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding and approves materials for final distribution.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
Maintain and updates a vast marketing library of all property marketing materials, best-in-class
Daily utilization of Adobe Creative Suite program.
Ensure CBRE brand and legal requirements are met.
Ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
- Intermediate skills with various software programs such as InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva. HTML coding experience is a plus.
- Responsible for setting own project timelines. Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving work environment.

For California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
