Are you a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for real estate management and financial analysis? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Real Estate to join our team and lead our real estate operations to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of properties to inform investment decisions and strategy.
• Manage leasing, tenant issues, and property management to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Stay informed about legal and regulatory issues in the real estate industry, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Anticipate potential problems and proactively develop strategies to prevent and address them.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the real estate team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders and partners to enhance the company's real estate network.
• This position will focus more on the asset management and employee management side of the business.  We are a family office focused on organic growth.  While we transact on a regular basis we have a conservative low leverage approach.

Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in real estate, finance, or business preferred.
• The preferred candidate will have at least 8 years of real estate management experience.
