Job Description
PMG is seeking a full-time real estate Financial Analyst to join our Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Asset Management teams in our Miami, FL headquarters.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain in-depth financial models to evaluate potential deal viability.
- Manage financial projections for investors, lenders, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to project Pro formas by reviewing leases, contracts, financial statements, and tax records, as well as forecasting future performance.
- Conduct and track market research for comparable transactions.
- Coordinate content for debt books and investment memos.
- Source and provide initial evaluation for new development opportunities.
- Track and advise on market trends to optimize asset performance.
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance, business, economics, real estate, design, or urban planning preferred.
- 1-3 years full-time experience in an analytical real estate role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents and data sets.
- Capacity to formulate multiple solutions to complex problems where there is no ‘right’ answer.
- Works well under deadlines and intense pressure.
- Trustworthy with sensitive material requiring the highest confidentiality.
- Reliable team player determined to work hard and do the right thing when nobody is looking.
