Position Overview
Senior Production Analyst with experience in commercial real estate debt and equity financial modeling, supporting production officers in analysis and due diligence of structured finance transactions from various capital providers (e.g., bank, private equity fund, debt fund, life insurance company, CMBS, credit union, and more).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate feasibility of CRE financing opportunities based on financial, local market and sponsorship information.
  • Analyze due diligence materials for various CRE asset classes, including but not limited to:
    • Multi-family residential (rental and for-sale)
    • Single-family residential (rental and for-sale)
    • Retail
    • Industrial
    • Office
    • Hotels and other hospitality
    • Senior housing
    • Large tract and master plan development (urban and suburban)
  • Build, review, and manipulate financial pro formas, including Senior A piece along with B piece financing in the form of mezzanine, preferred equity, or common equity, for the following loan types:
    • Construction loans
    • Bridge financing
    • Permanent debt
    • Condo inventory loans
    • Distressed loan purchase
  • Evaluate economic, demographic and local market data, including lease and sales comparable, supply/demand, and absorption analyses.
  • Interface between borrowers and capital providers regarding underwriting, modeling assumptions, and any other due diligence requirements.
  • Produce loan request and offering memoranda packages for equity.
  • Perform additional due diligence and/or material support for production officers as needed.
  • Perform general administrative support duties for the platform.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Education:
  • 2-3 years direct work experience in commercial real estate finance
  • BA/BS degreeoStrong financial and analytical skills, with high level proficiency in:
    • Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Argus, CoStar, Trepp, and similar data platforms
    • Internet research
    • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with precise and accurate
