About the role
CBRE is looking for a Data Center Construction Document Control - Senior Program Manager to work with a large technological client! Overall, this person will onboard, train and support continuing education efforts to all new and existing team members. They will also engage with internal and external customers for service discovery, definition, deployment, and ongoing operations. They will be directly managing a team of individuals located in various cities across the United States and South America
What you'll do
Document Control Team Staffing & Performance Management which includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Hiring, CBRE Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, and Off-boarding
- Annual Funding/Billing
- Workload Management, Coverage Plans, & Headcount Planning
Document Control Point-of-Connection ("POC")
- Process Improvement
- Continuing Education for Tools and Processes
- KPI Tracking and Reporting
- Leading/Implementing Dashboards for KPIs, Bugs & Guts Tickets
- QA/QC Audits and Reporting
- Facilitating QA/QC Reviews and Reporting
- Internal Training for Program Level Rollouts
- Continuity across regions
- Template Management & Improvement
- Facilitating Closeout Manual/Program Maintenance Updates
- Implement Program Wide Content Change Control Processes
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Google Docs
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools to acquire/handle/analyze large amounts of data
- Ability to analyze and present critical project data points and build dashboards using Data studio, Tableau or any equivalent program.
- Proficiency in leading a diverse team located in multiple locations
- Strong Electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS) experience
- Solid understanding of construction documents
- Document Control / Document Management experience is helpful
- Working familiarity of AutoCAD or other construction CAD systems (BIM 360) is preferred
- Electrical experience may be helpful
- Java or Google App scripting is helpful

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Construction Document Control - Senior Program Manager position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Data Center Construction Document Control - Senior Program Manager position is $126,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
