Reporting to the Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer, the VP, Development leads all aspects of the development process for the majority of Ledingham McAllister’s 60+ projects. In doing so, the VP will be responsible for projects from the identification stage right through to completion. Ensuring all projects move through the development process with attention to detail, integrity and sound business and financial principles is a core deliverable in the role. As a key leader within a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative company, the VP will have a chance to contribute to the overall success of the business and be seen as a mentor and coach to a small development team.
The ideal candidate brings senior residential, commercial and master plan real estate development experience including large, complex, mixed-use projects where they have led all facets of development and brought projects to completion. An inspiring team leader who is able to build consensus and collegial business partner, the VP will bring superior project management skills and the ability to develop constructive relationships with a wide variety of business partners.
