Job Description
SDSU Research Foundation is seeking a Project Manager that has architectural design experience with a space planning focus. As a Project Manager with Facilities Planning & Management, you will participate in the department’s management of SDSURF owned and leased research, commercial and administrative spaces, to meet the department’s research and budgetary goals and objectives. Those responsibilities include all phases of space planning, design, and construction.
- Architectural design with a space planning focus
- Office TI project manager
- Building CI project manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of the latest releases of AutoCAD
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CBC, ADA and ADAAG codes and requirements
- Knowledge of BOMA method of space calculation
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Possess strong organizational and project management skills with drive to meet division objectives

The salary for this position is $5,373 - $6,500 per month depending upon qualifications and is non-negotiable.
