Job Description:

As the Vice President of Asset Management at Castle Park Investments, you will be the driving force behind the asset management function, playing a pivotal role in optimizing the performance and value of our real estate portfolio. You will lead a team of asset management professionals and collaborate closely with senior executives to drive growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Asset Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive asset management strategy for the entire portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Portfolio Optimization: Oversee the performance of existing assets, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and value enhancement. Implement value-add strategies that enhance the overall quality of the portfolio.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance and support in executing asset management strategies.
  4. Investment Decision Support: Collaborate with the investment team, providing key insights, data, and expertise necessary for investment decision-making. Assist in conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  5. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to communicate asset performance and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and demographic analysis to inform acquisition and asset management decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics that could impact portfolio performance.
  7. Financial Modeling: Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models for properties and portfolios, ensuring they accurately reflect performance and investment potential.
  8. Ad-hoc Initiatives: Lead and engage in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the asset management function.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field
  • MBA, Master's or CFA a plus
  • 4-7 years of experience in asset management within the real estate or private equity industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth expertise in real estate, investment principles, and asset management.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while also working collaboratively.
  • A keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

 

The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000.
