Bookkeeper Commercial Property Investment and Management Company
Long term, well established, local small office, casual, looking for the right candidate for long term employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Pro and Excel
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare and process rental invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, multiple accounts.
- Reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper handling multiple accounts and properties.
- Proficiency in using accounting QuickBooks Pro, Excel, Word
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices and principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping. Also having experience in a property management
environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of
our accounting processes.
