REAL ESTATE INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

The Loudoun County Department of Economic Development is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to serve as the Real Estate Intelligence Manager supporting economic development in a talented and fast-growing county. In this role, you will be working with a reputable team with a history of success in attracting exciting new companies, investment, and jobs to the county, and supporting diversification that helps ensure a robust and resilient local economy.

This position serves as a department representative to the commercial real estate broker and development community and as the lead expert for real estate inventory in existing and future development. Skills required include the ability to conduct real estate market and inventory research; site selection assistance for clients using web-based tools, marketing materials and in-person meetings; advising on commercial real estate trends; managing broker/developer outreach program; giving presentations, conducting tours and representing the county in meetings with special groups; providing real estate ombudsman assistance; writing referrals on land use applications and participating on interdepartmental forecasting efforts.

Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Urban/Regional Planning and three years of direct work experience, including professional research and analysis and working with CoStar.

Travel, early morning, evening/weekend work as required.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and DMV driving record.
