Job Description
Large privately held SE Development group is looking for financial leadership. Must have previous experience and proven relationships with lenders and investment groups in a real-estate context.
The job entails:
- Secure financing, both equity and debt, for projects
- Manage waterfall members (reporting, analysis, proforma budgeting)nd produce models accordingly
- Compile quantitative analysis of budgeted, actual, and projected cash flows
- Complete various financial analyses and data requests in a timely manner when requested
- Coordinate and review debt and equity funding request packages in a timely and thorough manner
- Coordination and management of loan closings and equity closings for land acquisitions and construction loans
- Prepare detailed offering memoranda/packages for equity partners and lenders.
The best candidates will have
- Institutional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline preferred; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of real estate finance/asset management/acquisitions experience
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated team player
- Strong technical skills with advanced knowledge of Argus, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
