Job Description
Position Summary: Summit Communities is looking for a thought leader who has a strong and proven track record in the development, implementation, and measurement of company marketing efforts. This position will work closely with an existing marketing team to ensure excellence in ideation and execution across to ensure proper brand/product positioning.
This position will be responsible for marketing initiatives that directly generate leads through effective brand positioning, value proposition, product/offering differentiation, direct and community engagement.
About the Company: Summit Communities acquires multi family value add properties in Colorado and repositions the assets to achieve rent growth prior to exiting. We have gone full cycle on twelve assets and currently have a portfolio of approximately1300 doors
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field a plus.
• Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar role
• Strong knowledge of copywriting, SEO, product management, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, and advertising.
Skills Needed:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Some knowledge of Real Estate/Property Management
• Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A high degree of professionalism, tact, and ability to influence others.
• Ability to prioritize projects, work against deadlines and organize workflow with multiple interruptions.
• Ability to work tactically, strategically, and cooperatively/collaboratively as part of a team, seeking assistance where appropriate.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
