Cord Meyer Development Company is a 119-year-old Queens based owner/developer with assets throughout the NY Metro area. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team to perform a wide range of duties, including evaluating existing and new investment opportunities.

Job Description

• Prepare financial models for a variety of new investments and ground-up development projects.
• Prepare Offering Memorandums to potential lenders.
• Assist in preparing quarterly reporting to ownership on portfolio metrics and activity.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators of the portfolio for internal and external use.
• Compile and maintain market research of real estate activity in select sub-markets.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations when needed for internal or outside presentations.
• Conduct due diligence on potential new investments, including reviewing financial information, potential site visits, and verifying property information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Well organized, independent work ethic with strong attention to detail.
• Financial modeling experience is a must with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and independent worker
• High degree of professionalism and strong desire for improvement
• Advanced written and oral communication skills, including presenting to groups.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Co-Star.  Argus and Yardi Voyager a plus.

Additional Information

• Full-Time/On-Site Position
• Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000 annual
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
