Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000

: Full-time

Scope: The loan processing analyst will be primarily responsible for compiling concept meeting, application and closing packages.  Responsibilities will include bookkeeping, file management, pipeline management, and general tasks related to the operation of the business.  The loan processing analyst will be responsible for developing strong working relationships across the investment, sales, and underwriting teams.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
:

  • Document management.
  • Requesting and organizing due diligence materials.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Preparing loan application packages.
  • Prepare for and assist with the closing of various real estate transactions: including the drafting of closing documents, and preparation of closing checklists.
  • Prepare and arrange for transmittal of correspondence, legal documents etc.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Real estate finance experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong word processing and Microsoft Office skill.
