BayBridge Real Estate Capital is a NYC-based capital markets advisory firm that specializes in structured commercial real estate transactions nationwide. We are active across every asset class and have a diverse transaction profile that includes the placement of construction financing, land financing, bridge financing, permanent financing, mezz/preferred equity, and joint venture equity. Our average transaction size range is $40-200 million. BayBridge Real Estate Capital is the real estate finance division within a larger financial services company that has been in business for over 40-years.

This opportunity will provide the Originator the chance to be a part of a fast-growing, high-touch, and highly sophisticated boutique firm with the resources of a larger, institutional firm. This role will be focusing on commercial real estate financings nationwide. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong entrepreneurial personality who is looking to make an impact and be part of a solid team in a firm that is growing.

 A day in the life of this position may include:

• Conducting new business development activities and deal origination.
• Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
• Developing strong working relationships within the market that can lead to future business opportunities.
• Providing capital market guidance and other consultation services to clients
• Structuring, negotiating, and closing various active transactions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in real estate capital markets.
• Understanding of real estate capital formation
• Entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset
• Comfortable originating and pitching for new business.
• Eager to contribute to and work in a team environment.
• Willing to travel to meet clients and attend site visits.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in a Real Estate Originator role
• Bachelor’s Degree

Base salary will be $50,000 with potential for bonus & a solid commission structure based on performance and an opportunity to make $200,000/year and up. Compensation will be determined based on experience, education and other factors.
