Job Description
This role allows you to position yourself alongside the #1 commercial real estate professional education platform. Additionally, your CRE skillsets will be significantly enhanced due to direct exposure to the CRE Analyst founders, teaching team, and its network of advocates.

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL LEAD OR ASSIST WITH:
- Lead Generation: Efficiently manage inbound leads, ensuring no opportunities are overlooked, and all leads have a positive experience. Research B2B / B2C prospects.
- Funnel Execution: Implement established systems and processes to increase the closing rate and drive successful outcomes.
- Growth Initiatives: Collaborate on various growth and lead generation strategies, including digital marketing and events.
- Customer Experience: Maintain and enhance a best-in-class customer experience, being highly responsive and committed to exceeding expectations.
- Interactions with Stakeholders: Comfortably engage with industry participants from senior executives to college students.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement optimization and process improvement opportunities, contributing to a forward-thinking and innovative environment.
- Communications: Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially during phone interactions.
COMPENSATION:
- Targeted total compensation of $90,000 with potential upside for high-performance. 60% base with bonuses paid 3x/year.

- FastTrack course: Employee will fully complete the FastTrack course as a participant in the Summer 2024 cohort. CRE Analyst will bear the employee's cost for the program.
- Valuation in ARGUS course: Employee will complete the Valuation in ARGUS course during 2024. CRE Analyst will bear the employee's cost for the program.
- Participation in all CRE Analyst events: Employee can attend and participate in all alumni networking and professional development events.
EXPERIENCE:
- No specific prior experience is required.
- Developing or delivering educational products is a plus.
- Using a Client Relationship Management System or “CRM” is a plus.
- Managing remote, part-time talent is a plus.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Full-time. CRE Analyst is committed to generating and measuring successful outcomes, not assessing hours on the clock. While each person works differently, the team generally works 50-60 hours per week on average.
- In-person, in-office role.
- Travel across the US may be required periodically.
