The Property Manager is responsible for management of the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. The Property Manager will develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the property, including all maintenance and repair, tenant relations, and financial aspects.  the manager is encouraged to be creative in implementing new technologies In addition, the Property Manager will mentor an Assistant Property Manager and monitor the required functions and specific duties of that role.  The Property Manager will also participate in leasing with guidance and support of the Senior Vice President of Leasing.
