About The Role:
This is a great opportunity to work with fellow creative minds and for a respected leader in the commercial real estate industry.
The Graphic Designer role is part of the General Marketing function and is responsible for the layout, design and production of high-quality business development and general marketing materials. Requires advanced proficiency of Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) including and InDesign, Publish, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint.
This role is hybrid and is open to the Radnor or Philadelphia office.
What You'll Do:
- Design both print and internet marketing materials using corporate templates. This includes websites, brochures, floor plans, etc.
- Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines.
- Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review. Make edits as necessary based on feedback.
- Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.
- Establish relationships with external vendors. Research, compare pricing, and recommend new partnerships.
- Run marketing project costs and oversee production.
- Prepare artwork for distribution. Ensure specs and file sizes and formats are printer ready.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending national and regional CBRE Creative Community design meetings and reviewing industry publications.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Previous experience with commercial/residential real estate design or architecture preferred.
