About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable digital marketing project manager to support the Global Head of Digital Marketing. As the Digital Marketing Project Manager, function as the main point of contact for intake of digital marketing projects that touch all Digital Marketing towers, stakeholder management, driving priorities, and managing and refining operational efficiencies.

What You'll Do:
- Lead priority projects for the Digital Marketing team globally.
- Take a proactive and hands-on approach to project management handling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Optimize resources and outcomes through efficient planning and project management.
- Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities to achieve project goals. Establish work schedules and assign tasks and deadlines for global employees.
- Lead workflows across projects that include but are not limited to collecting and disseminating meeting notes, building and presenting creative briefs, managing timelines and achievements and tracking project deliverables.
- Apply knowledge of digital marketing project management expertise to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
- Proactively manage project collaborators by building strong partnerships and providing clear and concise project updates.
- Anticipate and understand the needs of stakeholders to deliver project objectives while also managing expectations and offering realistic solutions.
- Interact with senior leadership and stakeholders regularly from communicating digital marketing capabilities to presenting project outcomes.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in project management and B2B or B2C digital marketing.
- Thorough and broad understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem including web and campaign page development and tagging, digital marketing campaigns through paid and unpaid channels, and analytics and reporting, preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and driving scalable processes from scratch.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with project management tools such as Airtable and Monday.com strongly preferred.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of completing projects thoroughly and timely.
- Ability to work in cross functional groups collaboratively and with a strong inquisitive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.

New York City Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Digital Marketing Project Manager position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
