Job Description
Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE offers a professional suite of services to a variety of clients in the life sciences industry, including those in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and genomics, as well as contract research organizations (CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).

As a CBRE Financial Planning & Analysis Clerk/Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine financial operational activities, preparing simple standard financial analyses, and performing ad hoc finance projects.
What you'll do
- Complete data entry and follow-up procedures to support a variety of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable transactions in accordance with established timeframes.
- Prepare and submit MIP and Recurring Invoices, Manage AR Aging and Customer Collections
- Conduct peer review of various financial operation accounting transactions to follow department policies and procedures.
- Prepare standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects.
- Provide support and assistance in compiling budgetary and fiscal data received from assigned departments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to internal and external inquiries through financial operations shared mailboxes or other established methods.
- Complete updates to applicable trackers and processing manuals for a portfolio of assigned work.
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Financial knowledge
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Reasoning ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Desktop publishing, Microsoft Office Suite and Online Help.
