Job Summary:
Property Accountant for Downtown Clearwater commercial real estate investment and property management company. Knowledge of bank reconciliation, statement of operations, adjusting Journal Entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with some commercial real estate-related accounting experience required. Major Responsibilities:

  • Record business transactions and maintain the general ledger, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
  • Record closing entries for sales/purchases
  • Understanding of hierarchy charts
  • Cash flows and budgeting experience
  • CAM reconciliation
  • QuickBooks proficient
  • Balance ledgers and prepare financial reports
  • Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision

Desired Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in general accounting and bookkeeping functions including general ledger, bank reconciliation, and reporting functions
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office especially Excel, Quickbooks online and desktop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter
  • Must be detail-oriented, a team player, and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
