WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Based at our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, the Associate, Investments position in the Real Estate Equity group will support all responsibilities of the investments deal team across the transaction cycle, from acquisition to divestment.
 
The Associate, Investments role is an integral part of the CIM team. You’ll work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment and gain valuable exposure to a variety of projects across multiple real estate sectors, such as multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, amongst others, as well as equity investment strategies across the risk-return spectrum, including core, value-add, opportunistic, and ground-up development.
 
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to underwrite new investment opportunities, conduct detailed market research, prepare investment committee memorandums, support transaction due diligence and closing processes, and manage existing investments.
 
Top performers in this position are dedicated, self-motivated individuals with at least two years of experience working in finance, an interest in learning, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
