Acquisitions Analyst – Greenwich, CT / New York, NY (2024)
Position Description
Acram Group is looking to hire an analyst to join its acquisitions team. The ideal candidate combines elite
underwriting skills and a passion for commercial real estate. The candidate will be critical in helping
Acram Group grow its national real estate portfolio primarily by underwriting new acquisition
opportunities and performing live deal due diligence. The candidate will have at least 2-3 years of
experience in real estate acquisitions or real estate investment banking. Cultural fit with the Acram team
is critical.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite new acquisition opportunities in Acram’s target markets, primarily focused on office,
multifamily, and development opportunities. Create Excel and Argus models, review leases,
property financials, and third-party reports.
- Perform investment due diligence.
- Draft investment memorandums and perform market research.
- Perform targeted research projects on new investment strategies or acquisition targets.
- Assist in the asset management of portfolio properties.
Qualifications
- Superior analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Argus, and PowerPoint
- ARGUS work experience is required.
- Understanding of real estate transactions, equity capitalizations, and mortgage debt structures.
- 2-3 years of relevant real estate experience (banking, investment sales, acquisitions, and/or asset
management).
- Passion for real estate and investing.
- Familiarity with office, multifamily, and real estate development deals.
- Demonstrated track record of high achievement in demanding professional and academic
settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent references.
Other Details
- Timing is immediate.
- Compensation will be commensurate with the market and the candidate’s experience.
- Location will be at headquarters in Greenwich, CT with opportunities to work from the
Manhattan office as appropriate.
