Vice President

Job Description

Shelter Rock Capital Group, a real estate focused capital raising firm, is seeking a Vice President to focus on the distribution of real estate private equity funds, joint ventures and recapitalizations. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and fostering new investor relationships across the LP community
2. Partnering with colleagues to enhance existing firm relationships
3. Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of product offerings, industry trends and competitive landscape
4. Providing client feedback
5. Driving the development of new products

Qualified candidates will have 3-10+ years’ experience in alternative sales, preferably with distribution experience in real estate or private equity, willingness to travel intensively, interest or prior experience in real estate excellent writing skills, impeccable attention to detail, solid work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive for excellence.
