Role Overview:

Crew Enterprises is seeking a seasoned REIT Manager to oversee the administration of our burgeoning Student Housing REIT. This pivotal role involves leading a dynamic team and collaborating closely with our executive team to drive fundraising efforts, acquire new properties, and manage a diversified portfolio of income-oriented student housing properties. This position reports directly to the CEO and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of one of the nation’s largest real estate syndicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the team responsible for sales, marketing, accounting, compliance, reporting, and asset management.
• Drive the strategic financing and acquisition of new properties to grow the REIT’s asset base and financial performance.
• Engage in extensive travel, including road shows for fundraising and property tours across the US.
• Foster a workplace culture that values innovation and work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience working at a Real Estate Investment Trust, with a strong background in finance and equity raising.
• Graduate degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
• Proficient in financial modeling and equity raising.
• Exceptional leadership skills and a robust understanding of REITs, financial markets, and real estate operations.
• Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.
