Job Description

As an integral member of the team, the Analyst -or- Associate will support the Global Investors Group with investor relations/services, marketing materials, and due diligence efforts.


Essential Duties:

  • Prepare DDQs and related due diligence requests.
  • Create, edit, and maintain investor presentations and other marketing materials by making timely updates.
  • Assist in developing and updating private placement memorandums and related materials.  
  • Assist and manage quarterly investor reporting.
  • Support the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the investment team, accounting, finance, and compliance to respond to investor inquiries and to develop other materials.
  • Facilitate completion of ad hoc investor requests. 
  • Coordinate materials for upcoming investor meetings.
  • Maintain, update and post files to the investor data portal.
  • Proactively assist the team with ongoing projects.
  • Additional duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in fixed income, real estate, or investment management reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Willing to work onsite full-time in the New York office.
  • Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title.

As required by the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL), Affinius Capital is including a good faith estimate for this role with a starting annual base salary range of $95,000 - $125,000. The base salary is just one component of the position’s compensation package.  Employees may also be eligible to participate in Affinius Capital’s discretionary Annual Bonus program and other employee benefit programs, subject to the specific terms and eligibility requirements of such programs.
