Director, Direct Equity Placement

Job Description

Shelter Rock Capital Group, a real estate focused capital raising firm, is seeking a Director to focus on raising equity for large single assets, programmatic joint ventures and recapitalizations. Responsibilities include:

• Vetting new mandate opportunities
• Conducting due diligence
• Partnering with global colleagues to source equity from wide range of investors

Qualified candidates will have 7-10+ years’ experience in alternative sales, including distribution experience in real estate, willingness to travel intensively, excellent writing skills, impeccable attention to detail, solid work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive for excellence.
