Company Overview:
The Picerne Group is a privately held and internally funded investment company founded in 1988. Our areas of focus have been in distressed debt investment in the United States, Europe, and Asia; acquisition of existing multi-family assets in the western United States; entitlement and acquisition of land for luxury multi-family development, primarily in southern California; and construction, property management and asset management of our multi-family portfolio.
The Picerne Group currently owns and manages a portfolio of approximately 4,000 Class A apartment units in its core markets of Southern California, Las Vegas, and Denver and has a development pipeline of nearly 3,000 units concentrated in irreplaceable coastal Southern California locations.
